THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P.No. 31429 of 2022 ORDER:

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus to issue a direction to the respondents to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 23.12.2021, for change of his local cadre on spouse grounds.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an appeal on 23.12.2021 to the respondent, however, the respondents have not taken any decision thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Services-I takes notice and submits that the appeal of the petitioner would be considered by the concerned authorities.

In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.5 to take a decision on the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
