This application is filed praying this Court to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner by this Court in order dated 10.10.2025 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.9740 of 2025.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner regularly appeared before the concerned SHO and even though 90 days have been passed since the date of FIR, the investigating officer has not filed charge sheet. Therefore, prayed for relaxation of the imposed condition to the extent of appearing before the concerned SHO once in 15 days on Wednesday.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed against the petitioner in order dated 10.10.2025 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.9740 of 2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when his presence is required.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
