ORDER:

Petitioner, who claims to be an ex-casual labourer, filed this Writ Petition with the grievance that respondent No.3 has not been allowing him to work as casual/contract labourer in connection with the works of respondent Nos.1 and 2 even after his acquittal in C.C.No.303 of 2014.

From the facts pleaded by the petitioner, it is evident that there is no privity of contract between the petitioner on one side and respondents 1 and 2 on the other. On the contrary, the petitioner claims that he was engaged by respondent No.3 in connection with the works relating to respondents 1 and 2 and his grievance is against respondent No.3 for not allowing him to work as contract/casual labourer notwithstanding his acquittal in C.C.No.303 of 2014. In my opinion, respondent No.3 not being the State or its instrumentality is not amenable to the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. If the petitioner has any grievance against respondent No.3, he has to work out his remedies under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 or avail other remedies, if any available to him under other statutory enactments. Subject to the liberty given to the petitioner as above, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

As a sequel to dismissal of writ petition, WPMP.No.27411 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
