HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.6978 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking modification of the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.953 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.814 of 2019 by the Special Judge for Trial of Offences under SCs & STs (POA) Act-cum-VI Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, insofar as condition to deposit 20% of the fine amount (total fine amount Rs.18,01,000/-) imposed in C.C.No.419 of 2017 dated 19.08.2019 by the XV Additional Judge-cum-XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

Though the learned counsel for the petitioner filed the present petition for seeking modification of the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Crl.MP.No.953 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.814 of 2019 insofar as condition to deposit 20% of the fine amount imposed C.C.No.419 of 2017 dated 19.08.2019, during the course of arguments, he restricts his prayer seeking extension of the time granted by the appellate Court to deposit 20% of the fine amount. In the light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is granted a further time of four (4) weeks from today to deposit 20% of the fine amount imposed in C.C.No.419 of 2017 dated 19.08.2019 by the XV Additional Judgecum-XIX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. It is made clear that no further time would be granted. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
