VIJAYAKUMAR REDDY) The Court made the following: ORDER This application is filed seeking extension of time in complying with the order dated 30. 10.2024 passed in C.R.P.No.2656 ol 2024 by this Court. This Court while disposing of the civil revision petition had granted tvvo weeks time for compliance of the conditional order passed by the trial court. Though more than six weeks have been passed, the petitioner has till date not complied with the order.

Even today, when the matter is taken up, the compliance part or the bonafides of the compliance have not been reflected in the petition filed by the petitioner. The reasons for seeking extension of time appears to be the late obtaining of the certified copy of the order passed by this Court in C.R.P.No.2656 of 2024. However, as per the pleadings of the petition, the petitioner has recpived the copy on 22.11.2024 and today when the matter is taken up, two weeks time has been lapsed since the petitioner obtained the certified copy of the order. Even then, there is no sign of compliance on the part of the petitioner.

Without making any comment so far as the conduct on the part of the petitioner is concerned. ensuring substantial compliance of the order, the petitioner is granted seven (07) days from today i.e., 06.12.2024 within which, the conditional order of the trial court shall be complied with. Failing which, the consequence to fall. Accordingly, the lA. stands ordered.
