HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1208 OF 2007 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C') is filed by the revision petitioner herein challenging the judgment dated 29.08.2007, passed in Crl.A. No.110 of 2006 by the Metropolitan Sessions Judgecum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, whereunder and whereby the conviction and sentence passed against the revision petitioner wherein for the offence punishable under Sections 304-A and 337 IPC, vide the judgment dated 25.09.2006 in C.C. No.180 of 2004 by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, was confirmed.

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the present criminal revision case has become infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
