The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since the relief claimed in this Writ Petition is granted by the respondents in their proceedings dated 25.01.2016 pursuant to the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.12209 of 2015, dated 08.06.2015, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
