Aggrieved by the return endorsement dated 01/12/2015 in I.A. [CFR] No. 5911 of 2015 in I.A.No. 138 of 2010 in OS.No.98 of 2001 issued by the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur district, this Civil Revision Petition is filed to dispose of I.A. [CFR] No.5911 of 2015 in I.A.No. 138 of 2010 in OS.No. 98 of 2001.

2. In view of the order dated 03/6/2016 passed by this Court in CRP.MP.No. 480 of 2016, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous. No costs.

3. Registry is directed to return the original material papers tagged to the E.B. of this Civil Revision Petition i.e., return endorsement dated 01/12/2015 in I.A. [CFR] No. 5911 of 2015 in I.A.No. 138 of 2010 in OS.No.98 of 2001 issued by the Senior Civil Judge, Bapatla, Guntur district and the connected original material papers of court below to the counsel for petitioners under due and

proper acknowledgement by substituting photocopies of the same and keep them as part of record.
