HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21426 of 2018 ORDER: (Oral) (Per Suresh Kumar Kait, J) After hearing the learned senior counsel Mr.G.Vidyasagar appearing on behalf of the petitioner, we are not inclined to interfere with order dated 16.04.2018 passed in O.A.No.654 of 2018 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, we hereby direct the learned Tribunal to decide the O.A., by giving opportunity to both sides, not later than six months from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that the promotion of the petitioner shall be subject to the outcome of O.A., pending before the Tribunal.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal, stand closed. No order as to costs.
