HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR M.A.C.M.A.No.313 of 2015 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel appearing for appellant filed a letter, dated 28.07.2016 in the registry, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

2. Advocate for respondent No.1-claimant represented that if any balance is not deposited by the Insurance Company that may be directed to be deposited. If award is not fully satisfied claimant will have the right of executing the award when appeal is dismissed.

3. Therefore, permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn by granting six weeks time to appellant to deposit the balance amount, if any.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
