THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.46760 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering and trying to dispossess the petitioners from their lawful possession of their house situated in Ward No.32, Survey No.143, Jayaprakash Colony Extension, Poturajucolony Area, Ongole, Prakasam District. A counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents stating that the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition are not correct. It is further stated as follows:

"It is submitted that the respondent police authorities have never interfered nor threatened to dispossess the petitioners with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioners in respect of their respective houses situated in Ward No.32, Sy.No.143, Jayaprakash Colony Extension, Poturaju Colony Area, Ongole, as alleged in the writ petition. All these allegations against the respondent police authorities are absolutely false, baseless and concocted for the sake of filing this writ petition and the same are hereby specifically denied."

In view of the above, recording the said statement, the Writ Petition is closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
