THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2040 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 16.07.2015 in W.P.No.21334 of 2015.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.21334 of 2015 on 16.07.2015 directing the third respondent therein (respondent herein) to consider the application filed by the Correspondent of CVRM Degree College dated 27.08.2014 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3. Now the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that in pursuance of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.21334 of 2015, the respondent passed an order on 17.11.2015, and challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P.No.38287 of 2015.
