THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.41909 OF 2016 ORDER:
The writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in registering F.I.R.No.711 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 447, 506 IPC read with Section 34 IPC as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently to quash the same. Heard and perused the material.
When the case is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) submits that the investigation is completed in the above crime and that the charge sheet is also filed before the Court concerned.
Considering the above submission, the petitioners are directed to appear before the Court concerned and execute personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) each with one surety for the likesum each for their future appearance. The petitioners are also directed to appear before the Court below regularly.
