Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail legal remedies available to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before appropriate court.
