No representation for the petitioners-accused Nos.2 and 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2-de facto complainant is present.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.78 of 2017, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at the admission stage itself.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
