Petitioner claims that she is presently working as lecturer in aided post of Hindi subject in 5th respondent-College. Petitioner claims that she is qualified to hold the regular post. According to the petitioner she was initially appointed as part time lecturer in Hindi on 27.07.1991 in the aided vacancy caused due to retirement of incumbent and has been continuously working in the said post. Petitioner claims that she is fully qualified and eligible and she should be considered for appointment against aided post on regular basis, with all consequential benefits. 3.

Ventilating her grievance petitioner submitted representation on 29.01.2017 addressed to the Correspondent, S.K.R. College for Women (4th respondent), marking copies to the Regional Joint Director of Higher Education. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Since the petitioner has already submitted a representation, which is pending consideration of the competent authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Regional Joint Director of Higher Education, Rajamahendravaram (3rd respondent) to consider the claim of the petitioner made in her representation dated 29.01.2017 and pass orders as warranted by law. A decision shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner,

- 3 - as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
