Rayudu Lovakumari w/o. Penka Radhakrishna, R/o. Oletivari Veedhi, Mallaiah Agraharam, D..No.8-15-7/A, Gandhinagar, Kakinada, East Godavari District, A.P.

.....Petitioner and The State of Andhra Pradesh, re.by its Principal Secretary, Woman & Child Welfare Department, A.P.Secretariat, Velagapudi, Guntur and others. .....Respondents The Court made the following:

ORDER:

Petitioner claims that she is resident of Ward No.41, Mallaiah Agraharam, Gandhinagar, Kakinada. Notification was issued calling for applications from the interested candidates for appointment of post of Anganwadi Worker including the Division No.41. Petitioner responded to the said notification and applied to the post. The present grievance of petitioner is that without considering the local candidates of the division, non-local candidates are being considered. 2.

Apparently, so far selections are not finalized and no appointments are made. Petitioner cannot presume that contrary to the requirements of post of Anganwadi Worker, a person would be appointed ignoring the claim of petitioner and others even before selections are finalized. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed in limini, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out her remedy as available in law if selections are made contrary to requirements of post of Anganwadi Worker.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
