This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1642 of 2009 in DVC No.5 of 2009 dated 11.09.2009 on the file of learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, which was filed under Section 23 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005, wherein the petition is allowed.
02. No representation on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/respondent No.5 are present.
03. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the D.V.C. No.5 of 2009 was already been disposed of and aggrieved by the same, the revision was preferred and the petitioner died.
04. Considering the above circumstances, this revision case become infructuous.
05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order to as costs.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
