Sri K.Rajender holding for Sri C.Hari Preeth, counsel for petitioners submits that the writ prayer is similar to the prayer in W.P.No.23544 of 2009, which was disposed of on 25-01-2016, and requests the court to dismiss the writ petition in terms of the order in W.P.No.23544 of 2009, dated 05-01-2016.

By placing on record the above statement, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
