In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering his application dated 22.04.2019 seeking building permission with respect to premises bearing No.6-2-103/A/1, Balanagar, Medchal-Malkajgiri District. Today, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 placed before this Court the letter dated 04.05.2019 addressed by the Assistant City Planner rejecting the application of the petitioner for building permission.

In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to challenge the letter 04.05.2019, if he is so advised Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed. In this writ petition, petitioner challenges the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not considering the application dated 30.01.2016 for regularization of his plot bearing No.764 in Survey No.435/A of Maruthiram Real Estates, Bhavani Nagar, Vinayaknagar, Nizamabad.

Today, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4 placed before this Court the proceedings, dated 12.10.2017, issued by the respondent No.3 rejecting the application of the petitioner.

In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to workout his remedies in accordance with law, the writ petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
