HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 3245 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A2 and at the admission stage, the following order is passed.

For the reasons submitted by the petitioner, the order dated 24.1.2015 in Crl.M.P.No. 2500 of 2014 in C.C.No. 235 of 2007 passed by the learned II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, is set aside and the petitioner/A2 is directed to appear before the said Court on or before 30.4.2015 and on such appearance, the NBW issued against him shall be recalled. Further, the petitioner/A2 is directed to cooperate with the Court for smooth completion of the trial.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
