This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act to summon, try and punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 26.07.2016 in W.P.M.P.No.30097 of 2016 in W.P.No.24417 of 2016 for Contempt of Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the contempt case. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
