THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P. No.35 of 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw O.P. No.83 of 2016 from the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge (FTC), Luxettipet and transfer the same to the Family Court-cum-IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law. Permission is granted.
