Aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent and his subordinates in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioners and third party in respect of land in Sy.No.9/1, admeasuring 6000 square yards situated at Saroornagar Village and Mandal.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that they have not received any complaint whatsoever against the petitioners and the 2nd respondent never summoned the petitioners nor interfered with the subject lands of the petitioners. It is also submitted that the 2nd respondent never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioners.
