HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 7022 of 2003 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in ordering for recovery of Rs. 92,954.75 ps., at the rate of Rs. 3,000/- per month through proceedings dated 29.3.2003. This Court by order dated 21.4.2003 in WPMP No. 9150 of 2003, granted interim stay of operation of proceedings dated 29.3.2003 subject to payment of monthly instalments at the rate of Rs. 1000/- per month, pending further orders. Advocate for respondents' represents that the entire amount is recovered as per the interim order dated 21.4.2003. As the entire amount is recovered, no cause survives. Considering the submission of the respondents' counsel, this Writ petition is closed, as no further orders are necessary. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
