This writ petition is filed challenging the lookout circular against the petitioner on the ground of pendency of criminal proceedings emanating from Cr.No.567 of 2014 and consequential C.C.No.1834 of 2014 on the file of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, R.R.District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the 3rd respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that this Court has already considered the similar issue in W.P.No.14222 of 2015 by its order dated 16-06-2015 and several other writ petitions permitting the petitioner to approach the concerned Court for withdrawal of lookout circular.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the concerned Court, where the trial of above said case is pending for withdrawal of lookout circular. As and when such application is made, the concerned Court shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks thereafter.
