(Per Sanjay Kumar, J) The grievance of the petitioner in this case was that the State Bank of India, the respondent herein, was not releasing the documents furnished by them as security even though they had repaid the entire loan amount. A consequential direction was sought to the respondent Bank to do so. While so, Sri Maruti Jadav, learned counsel, would place before us letters dated 25.7.2019 and 06.7.2019 addressed by the second and first petitioner respectively. These letters demonstrate that after closure of the loan account, the documents relating to the properties which were furnished as security have already been received by the petitioners.

In the light of this development, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication on merits.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs. ----------------------- SANJAY KUMAR, J.
