THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.29921 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: "... to declare the inaction of the respondents in releasing the permission for construction of Residential Building in Plot No.210 to 212 in Sy.No.276, 277, 278 and 282 situated at Chandanagar Village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District in spite of the compliance of the defects pursuant to the Lr.No.76665/03/05/2016/HO dt.26.05.2016 of the 2nd respondent, as arbitrary and illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to complete the process and release the permission."

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel for respondent-Corporation produced Letter No.76665/03/05/2016/HO, dated 14.07.2016, whereunder building permission application submitted by the petitioner was rejected.

In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedies, if he so advised, against the impugned proceedings, or to file an application under Land Regularization Scheme.
