HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8699 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he made several representations latest being dated 10.01.2017, seeking demarcation and fixing boundaries of the land admeasuring Ac.2.60 cents at Survey No.706, in Konanki Village of Piduguralla Mandal, which was granted under Ex-Military Men Quota in the name of his father late Yesupogu Manikam. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2017, in accordance with law and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
