HCJ&AAR,J W.A.No.817 of 2019 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) The appellant has challenged the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by a learned Single Judge in I.A.No.1 of in W.P.No.21447 of 2019.

Since the order has been passed as an ad interim order, and since the appellant has the remedy of filing a vacate stay application, this Court is of the opinion that the appellant should file a vacate stay application, rather than filing the present intra-court appeal. Therefore, this Writ Appeal is, hereby, disposed of. This Court requests the learned Single Judge to hear the vacate stay application as expeditiously as possible.
