CVNR,J & GSP, J Date:16.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, calling for records pertaining to TLSA.No.10 of 2011 in LAC.No.37of 2012 dated 05.02.2012 passed by the 1st respondent i.e. Taluk Legal Services Authority, Parkal and consequently quash the same".

Mr.J.Venkateswara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as per his instructions, the dispute raised in this writ petition is settled.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
