THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 28673 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Writ Petition has been filed questioning the action of the respondents in not closing the rowdy sheet against the petitioner, on the ground that it is contrary to the order dated 22.11.2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 40055 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order in Writ Petition No. 40055 of 2014, the petitioner's case also came to be considered and final order dated 31.08.2017 has been passed, wherein his request to close the rowdy sheet has been refused. In those circumstances, the learned counsel prays that this Writ Petition may be closed, giving liberty to his client to challenge the order dated 31.08.2017.

The Writ Petition is therefore, closed with liberty as sought for. It is needless to say that all the contentions are left open. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
