OFFIC NOTE 25.08.2022 KS,J IA.No.1 OF 2022 (for being mentioned) This application is filed seeking permission to post this petition under the caption 'for being mentioned' to enable the petitioner to change the FIR number in the order dt.08.08.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.6783 of 2022.

Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that this Court on 08.08.2022 passed order in Crl.P.No.6783 of 2022 granting regular bail to petitioner/sole Accused; and that at unnumbered para No.1, the Crime Number is wrongly typed as '122 of 2022' instead of '136 of 2022'

In view of the aforesaid submission, Registry is directed to correct the crime number at unnumbered para No.1 as "Crime No.136 of 2022" instead of "Crime No.122 of 2022".

Accordingly, the earlier order dt.08.08.2022 passed in Crl.P.No.6783 of 2022 stands corrected with the above observation.
