ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari calling for the records in O.P.No.695/2001, dt.16.09.2010 on the file of the 1st respondent herein as well as filing of E.P.No.50 of 2010 for sale of mortgaged property by the 4th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, null and void and quash the same and for a consequential direction to the 4th respondent herein not to proceed with sale in E.P.No.50 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent."

At the hearing, it is represented by Sri M.V.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioners, that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated

20.03.2012, shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P.No.9947 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
