This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.26.02.2013 in I.A.No.148 of 2013 in O.S.No.11 of 2009 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid whereby an application filed under Order VII Rule 11 r/ w section 151of CPC was dismissed with exemplary costs of Rs.500/ -. As there was no stay pending during the pendency of the revision petition, the suit itself was disposed of on 22.09.2015 by the trial Court. Therefore, nothing remained for adjudication in this revision. Hence, the petition has become infructuous and dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
