When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has issued passport to the petitioner on 27.3.2015 and hence, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
