When the matter was listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL" on 27.07.2016, at request of the learned counsel for appellant, it was posted to 03.08.2016, under the same caption "FOR DISMISSAL". As there was no representation for the appellant even on 03.08.2016 and 05.08.2016, the matter was directed to be listed today.

2. Even today, despite the matter being listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", there is no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the matter.

3. Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
