This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A4 in Crime No.359 of 2014 of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 425 and 336 IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw criminal petition. A letter to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.
