THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.20738 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel appearing for second respondent-Municipality.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, that the second respondent-municipal authorities are ready to receive explanation from the petitioners and to consider the same as per law. It is further submitted that the petitioners herein are at liberty to file explanation even now to the notices received by them.

The above statement is recorded and the Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioners herein to submit explanation in response to the notice, dated 10.07.2017, and to the impugned notice, dated 07.05.2018, within a period of ten days from today, and, if any such explanation is submitted by the petitioners herein, the same be considered and appropriate further action be taken, strictly in accordance with law. Till the said exercise attains finality, status quo, as on today, with regard to the subject construction, shall be maintained.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
