2. Petitioners question the order of the Governmentfirst respondent in rejecting their request for two years study period on deputation. It is, however, not in dispute that each petitioner in these writ petitions are serving under the second respondent and are stated to have secured admission to the course of Masters in Public Health.

3. In my view, the issue clearly falls within the jurisdiction of the A.P.Administrative Tribunals Act under Section 15 thereof. Writ petitions are dismissed with the liberty to the petitioners to

approach the appropriate Court for the relief as prayed for. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
