CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.827 of 2016 Dt: 23.08.2016 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against Order, dated 23-06-2014, in WP.No.18255 of 2010.

At the hearing, Mr.C.Srinivasa Baba, learned Counsel for the appellant, fairly submitted that by Common Judgment, dated 21.06.2016, in WA.Nos.301 and 717 of 2015, a Division Bench of this Court held that the appellant has no locus to file Writ Appeals against the judgment, which is impugned in this Writ Appeal also, in view of the fact that it is only an implementing agency in respect of pay scales while the Government is the affected party. In the light of the above-mentioned Common Judgment, which the learned Counsel for the appellant agreed applies to this case as well, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
