Heard Mr. G. Madhusudhan Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. Mr.

G.Madhusudhan Reddy, after making detailed submissions particularly on the extraneous consideration demanded by Village Revenue Officer for discharging his official duty and keeping in view the difficulty of examining the said grievance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeks liberty to file complaint under Prevention of Corruption Act and/or written submissions before respondents 2 to 4 for suitable action. By granting the above liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
