This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in changing the group of the petitioner from group-1 to group-3 for grant of retail outlet dealership of Petrol Bunk of Indian Oil Corporation at Tukkuguda Junction to Shaheen Nagar, on NH765, LHS Ranga Reddy District and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Sri N.Narender Naik, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submits that petitioner applied in group-1, but, by inadvertence, petitioner's name was shown in group-III by the respondents. In view of the aforesaid submission, recording the same, the writ petition is allowed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
