Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 5.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter of this writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27384 of 2017 and batch dated 23.08.2017. Copy of the said order is placed on record. Following the above order, this writ petition is allowed directing respondents 2 to 5 to consider the applications dated 21.03.2014 and 29.05.2014, made by the petitioner for issuance of licence, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
