This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.238 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the I Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
