Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter is settled out of Court and a cheque for an amount of Rs.25,08,934/- was issued to the petitioner and that the petitioner also received the same and in view of the same, he wants to withdraw the Arbitration Application with liberty to revive this application in case the said cheque get bounced.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Arbitration Application is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
