THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 2285 of 2014 ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders dated 07.07.2014 in W.A.No.1744 of 2013.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submit that in compliance with the orders of this Court in W.A.No.1744 of 2013, dated 07.07.2014, the General Manager, MPF, Hyderabad, has issued Proc.No.1890/A3/JM-II/GM/11 dated 18.03.2015 for releasing the Terminal Benefits of the petitioner. A copy of the said letter is placed on record.

3. Recording the submission, the contempt case is closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
