THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3353 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A1 in C.C. No.847 of 2010 on the file of the court of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. As requested by the learned counsel for both the parties, on 08.12.2015, this court referred the matter to the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh. As per the award dated 12.12.2015, the parties have compromised the matter.

3. Hence, the criminal petition is allowed as compromised before the Lok Adalat. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
