HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.14486 of 2014 ORDER:

On hearing both sides, at the admission stage the following order is passed.

Having regard to the prima facie case made out in the allegations made in the FIR and the investigation is in nascent stage, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, considering the fact that disputes are primarily family disputes, the Police of Rain Bazar PS are directed not to arrest the petitioners/A1 to A6 during the course of investigation. Petitioners are directed to cooperate with the Investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

This Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
