Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had sold certain land to the State Government for the purpose of providing house sites to weaker sections but the said land is not being utilized. So, he submitted representation on 14-12-2015 to 2nd respondent for reconveyance of the land under Board Standing Order No.90-32-2 (a) and 2 (b) keeping in view G.O.Ms.No.122 dt.15-12-2003.

Petitioner contends that the said representation is not being disposed of by 2nd respondent.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the petitioner's representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. In view of the said submission, Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to dispose of representation dt.14-12-2015 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. 6.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
